Shot in New Orleans and Detroit, this immersive program offers HBCU journalism students an opportunity to intern with Black-owned newspapers and break meaningful stories about the community. It provides students with Celebrity Mentorship and working with newspaper editors to develop marketable skills as they transform into full-time journalists in an already hyper-competitive new landscape.
